1. Remove cap and gently twist dial from bottom until gel reaches on brush. 2. Apply a layer of the whitening gel to each tooth surface, then keep mouth closed for 5 – 10 minutes. 3. For best results, repeat twice daily for 10 days, then use as needed for weekly touch-up.
